Originally a horse stable built in the 1880s, the site of the Livery building has fulfilled a variety of uses, from pipe manufacturing to residential apartment units. After sitting vacant for nearly 20 years, the building has been restored and is now home to The Livery restaurant and bar.

Noble Street is now called College Avenue, but 130 years later, The Noble has stayed true to its original use. Over the years, it has had a variety of commercial tenants, including a movie house, restaurants and taverns. Today, this property has been restored to stay true to its original use, housing retail space on the ground floor and office space on the upper levels.
Built in 1954 for the Shelby Bowl Bowling Alley, the building operated lanes for 58 consecutive years until 2012. After 4 years of non-use, the building was converted for commercial use.
