John Sweet, Principal

John’s expertise is in real estate acquisitions, development, and financing. He has experience working for a large private equity real estate fund in Chicago, and currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions for Strategic Capital Partners.  His experience in other major markets, including Chicago, Seattle, Denver, and Minneapolis, has helped to shape his view on the concepts, design, investment strategy and vision for the Indianapolis metro area.

 

John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an active alumni member of the school’s real estate program.  John is also a board member of the Goodwill Young Leaders Board of Central Indiana, the NAIOP chapter of Central Indiana, and a member of the Penrod Society.

Will Zink, Principal

Will's background is in architecture, real estate finance and construction. Drawing on his experience living in the architecturally vibrant cities of New York, Nashville and New Orleans, Will is passionate about the adaptive reuse and creative repurposing of old buildings.  He moved to Indianapolis in 2014 to pursue his vision of preservation in his home town. His goal is to bring the types of restoration projects he saw succeeding in other cities to Indianapolis.  

 

Will has a BS from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Architecture from Tulane University.  He is currently Vice President of Construction and Development at Strategic Capital Partners, a board member of the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art, and a mentor for the Starfish Initiative.
